SKILL.md

UGC Avatar Short

Use When

  • The short should look like a creator or spokesperson is addressing the

viewer.

  • The user wants product, testimonial, offer, or landing-page style

content.

  • Avatar or talking-head generation is acceptable as part of the visual

plan.

Core Approach

  1. Write the presenter voice before choosing the avatar style.
  2. Keep the presenter on the hook and the claim; use b-roll for proof,

not filler.

  1. Treat lip-sync or talking-head generation as one scene type, not the

entire edit.

  1. Use captions and overlays to sharpen claims, receipts, and CTA.
  2. Reject uncanny or overlong presenter stretches; cut away sooner.

Inputs

  • offer, product, testimonial angle, or landing page
  • optional avatar/photo/provider preference
  • optional brand constraints and CTA

Outputs

  • presenter-oriented script
  • avatar/talking-head scene plan
  • supporting b-roll plan
  • final short plus review bundle

Optional Runtime Surface

for mixed-source execution.

`publish-prep-review` for final output and gating.

Technical Notes

  • Avatar scenes should carry claims, demos, or credibility.
  • Do not keep the avatar full-screen for the entire short unless the

performance is unusually strong.

  • Product UGC still lives or dies on hook, proof, and pacing.

Validation Checklist

  • The presenter line sounds like a person, not landing-page copy.
  • Cutaways and proof beats break up the avatar footage.
  • Lip-sync or talking-head output looks good enough to survive mobile

viewing.

  • CTA is clear without turning the whole short into a hard sell.
  • The result does not feel like interchangeable AI ad sludge.
