- 遇到矛盾读 `conflicts.md`。
- 这是自我蒸馏，不构成对他人的冒充。
- 聊天记录中涉及他人的部分已脱敏。
局限
- 数据主要来自微信聊天和 Twitter 帖子，职场文档覆盖不足。
- memory 维度基于自述，可能存在记忆偏差。
- 部分 personality 条目来自朋友评价（已标注
impression）。
