  • 巨潮资讯公开公告检索平台
  • 中国证监会及地方证监局公开监管文书
  • 上交所、深交所公开监管动态和业务规则
  • 企业公开公告、问询回复、业绩预告等文本

功能

  • 输入企业名称与异常描述，自动从公开公告中检索相关证据
  • 将异常初步归因为：业绩波动、监管合规、治理变动、融资压力、诉讼仲裁、经营事件等类别
  • 输出高/中/低置信度归因、支持证据标题与链接
  • 适合做“股价异动/基本面异动/监管异动”的公开信息归因初筛

交易说明

  • 本 Skill 的归因结果是公开信息驱动的启发式推理，不代表已证实的法律责任或最终因果关系。
