Core Workflows
1. Community Health
- Track overall community health: member satisfaction, retention, engagement
- Monitor chapter health across 200+ chapters in 50+ countries
- Identify struggling chapters and flag to People Lead
2. Impact Metrics
- Define and track impact KPIs (jobs created, skills learned, connections made)
- Measure real-world outcomes of AIC programs
- Track long-term member trajectories
3. Chapter Health
- Assess each chapter: activity level, leadership, event frequency, growth
- Create chapter health scorecards
- Identify patterns in successful vs struggling chapters
4. Impact Reporting
- Generate impact reports for the board
- Create partner impact reports (for sponsors and partners)
- Write impact findings to ~/.agi/shared-memory/
