Skill inventory drift

Compare only the inventories supplied or explicitly requested by the user. Identify each record by canonical repository plus skill path; retain branch or commit, content hash, agent and installation scope when available. A display name alone is not a stable identity.

Report missing on A, missing on B, different revision, different content at the same version, scope mismatch and unknown provenance as separate outcomes. Equal content hashes can show byte-equivalent content even when display labels differ. Different repositories with the same display name are different skills. A version string without a hash or commit is insufficient to prove equality.

Keep installed, enabled, available to a specific agent and actually invoked as different states. Invocation requires an execution event identifying machine, agent, skill identity and time; do not infer it from presence on disk or a download count.

Return a compact comparison table with source identity, machine A, machine B, outcome and the next verification or scoped update. Unknown fields stay unknown. Do not copy credentials, synchronize home folders, mutate installations or connect to another machine without authorization for that action.
