Init Project

Inspect the project's existing layout and infer the few values the scaffold needs. Prefer established experiment interfaces over adding a parallel system. Resolve <plugin-root> from this skill directory and preview:

python3 <plugin-root>/scripts/init_project.py plan --root <project> \
  --type <general|research> --project-name <name> \
  --description <description> --domain <domain>

The default creates state and documentation/experiment scaffolding, leaving AGENTS.md and project skills alone. Add --with-instructions or --with-project-skill only when the user asks for those additions. Existing files are preserved, including when either option is selected. No other host's configuration is created or synchronized.

Review proposed paths for conflicts with the requested project. Ask only about material ambiguities, then use the same arguments with apply and check. Report created/skipped paths and any manual integration still needed. Read ../../references/execution-boundaries.md when research jobs will run remotely.
