Section and Reference Check

Resolve the actual LaTeX entrypoint and included source files. Use the project's build log and auxiliary reference information where available; source searches are useful locators but do not fully parse macros, packages, conditional text, or graphics search paths.

Check missing/duplicate labels, unresolved \ref/\cref/\autoref/\eqref, renamed section mentions, moved figures, and main/supplement references. Verify citations and graphics only where affected. A valid forward reference is normal; an unused label alone is not an error. For prose references such as 'Section 4', confirm the rendered numbering after the restructure.

Inspect affected rendered pages when layout or numbering matters. Reuse a fresh compile-check result rather than building twice. Update an existing figure or section inventory only when the task includes that document; do not create or edit application instructions as part of routine paper restructuring.

Report observed breakage with source/page locations and fixes, distinguishing uncertain macro-dependent cases from verified errors. No submission or push is part of this check.
