/erf-validate - валидация внешнего отчета (ERF)

Проверяет структурную корректность XML-исходников внешнего отчета: корневую структуру, InternalInfo, свойства (включая MainDataCompositionSchema), ChildObjects, реквизиты, табличные части, уникальность имен, наличие файлов форм и макетов.

Использует тот же скрипт, что и /epf-validate - автоопределение по типу элемента (ExternalReport).
