Core Logic
执行步骤
- 输入：一个待解决的具体问题或一个正在进行的项目任务。
操作：在解决问题或执行任务的过程中，主动寻找和记录信息、现象或想法之间的“模式”或“连接点”。例如，在编程时发现两个不同问题的相似解法；在阅读时发现不同学科间的共通原理。 判断标准：能够明确指认出至少一个“A与B相似/相关”的具体实例。 常见误区：被动接受信息，不进行主动连接思考；将偶然巧合误认为有意义的模式。
- 输入：步骤1中识别出的一个有效模式或连接。
操作：有意识地暂停，体会并确认因发现该模式而产生的“恍然大悟”或“兴奋感”。将此积极感受与当前活动（学习/构建）明确关联。 判断标准：主观上能感受到短暂的动力或兴趣提升。 常见误区：忽略或贬低这种微小成功的价值；不将其与活动本身关联，导致动力浪费。
- 输入：由步骤2产生的微小动力提升。
操作：利用此动力，立即投入到下一个相关的、难度稍增的小问题或任务中，尝试应用已发现的模式或寻找新的连接，形成“解决-发现-再解决”的循环。 判断标准：能够基于前一个成功，连续地、投入地处理后续任务至少15-30分钟。 常见误区：在获得一次多巴胺刺激后即停止工作（满足）；转而去做不相关的、更轻松的事情（分散动力）。 关系：此模型是“构建中学习”模型的核心动力机制，与“信息过滤”模型协同工作，确保注意力集中在相关模式上。
