Core Logic
执行步骤
- 记录错误事件：客观描述发生了什么（行动）、预期结果是什么、实际结果是什么。
- 判断标准：描述基于事实，区分了预期与现实的差距。
- 定位反馈点：识别是哪个环节、哪个假设或哪个动作导致了未达预期的结果。这是系统产生的“负面反馈信号”。
- 判断标准：将问题定位到具体的、可调整的环节或假设上。
- 假设检验：分析导致错误的根本假设是什么（例如，“我假设这样做用户会喜欢”、“我假设这个步骤不会出错”）。
- 判断标准：挖掘出隐藏在行动背后的、被证伪的假设。
- 生成调整方案：基于错误的反馈，设计一个具体的、不同的行动方案或修正假设，以在下次尝试中避免同样错误。
- 判断标准：调整方案直接针对步骤3中被证伪的假设或步骤2中定位的环节。
- 计划下一次实验：将调整方案转化为一个可执行的新行动或实验，准备实施。
- 输出：一份从错误中提取的、包含具体调整方案的“学习报告”，并计划了后续验证实验。
输出格式要求
输出一份“错误分析报告”，包含：

- 反馈定位：（出错的环节/假设）
