Auto-authored atomic skill for blocks_ranking_rgb.

Goal: Three small cubes are on the table — one red, one green, one blue — placed at random positions. Rearrange them into one tight horizontal row in the front area of the table, ordered left-to-right as red, then green, then blue (RGB order), with all three closely aligned along the same line. Perceive and ground each cube by its color, grasp it (use the left arm for cubes on the left half and the right arm for cubes on the right half), lift it clear, then place it at its ranked slot and open the gripper. Drive this with the base perceive/ground/grasp/move/place tools.

Success: The red, green, and blue blocks end up in a tight aligned row (each neighbor within ~0.13 in x and ~0.03 in y) with red left of green and green left of blue, and both grippers are open.
