Auto-authored atomic skill for stack_blocks_three.

Goal: Build a three-block tower at the center of the table from the red, green, and blue blocks that start scattered on the surface. First perceive and locate all three cubes, then grasp the red block and place it at the central stacking spot; next grasp the green block and place it centered on top of the red one; finally grasp the blue block and place it centered on top of the green one. Use whichever arm is nearer each block (left arm for blocks on the left, right arm for blocks on the right), lift each block clear before transporting, align it over the block below, and release with the gripper open so it settles squarely on the stack.

Success: The green block rests centered on the red block and the blue block rests centered on the green block, forming one aligned three-block tower with both grippers open and released.
