Instructions

1. Changelog: for user-facing changes with CHANGELOG.md untouched, run /changelog and commit the entry first.

1. Gate: run it. Never push a red branch.

1. Push:

1. Title: <type>(<scope>): <short description>, under 70 characters. Take the type from the branch prefix. If the argument holds an issue number, start from its title:

1. Body: read .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md first and use its exact section headers, emojis included. Never hardcode them.

• Say what changed and why, not how.
• Add Closes #<number> so the merge closes the issue.
• Under 15 lines. No session links, footers or attribution.

1. Create:

• bug: fix/ branch
• enhancement: feat/ branch

• dependencies: dependency updates
