• 404 / NOT_FOUND → 当日早报尚未生成（通常早上 7:00 前），改用 latest 命令。
• 401 / UNAUTHORIZED → API Key 未配置，降级为 latest（公共版无需鉴权）。
• 429 / RATE_LIMITED → 稍后重试；日频率通常不触发，除非 Agent 高频循环。
