任务聚焦与注意力管理技能

概述

本技能通过创建和维护 todo.md 文件来操纵模型注意力，将全局目标持续保持在上下文末尾，解决长任务中"迷失在中间" (lost-in-the-middle) 的问题。

核心原理

问题：在长任务（> 10 步）中，模型容易偏离主题或忘记早期目标。
解决：通过不断复述待办事项列表，将全局计划推入上下文末尾，使目标始终处于模型的近期注意力范围。

使用时机

使用场景说明
强烈推荐任务 > 5 步、多子目标、长上下文 (>30轮)、算子开发、精度调试
不必使用简单单步任务、快速问答、信息查询

核心工作流程

开始任务 → 创建 todo.md → 执行步骤 → 更新 todo.md →
