适用场景

一项重要的实现选择会影响到接口、数据、安全、运维、兼容性或后续工作。

流程

  1. 检查现有系统，说明要保护的用户结果或运维结果。
  2. 记录约束条件、已知事实、假设与非目标。
  3. 描述两到三个现实可行的方案，包括保持现状。
  4. 比较复杂度、可回滚性、兼容性、安全、性能与维护成本。
  5. 选择能满足结果的最小方案，并解释原因。
  6. 明确后果、迁移或回滚需求，以及重新审视该决定的日期或条件。

产出

使用：状态、背景、决策、备选方案、后果、验证、后续跟进。

边界

不得虚构系统约束。不得用架构记录掩盖尚未解决的产品决策，或为不必要的基础设施辩护。
