订单跟踪流程

当用户想了解订单状态或物流进度时，按以下流程提供完整信息。

第一步：确定目标订单
  • 如果用户提供了订单号，直接进入第二步
  • 如果用户没提供订单号，调用 list_user_orders 列出订单列表，让用户确认要查哪个
第二步：查询订单详情

调用 query_order 获取订单信息，向用户报告：

  • 订单内的商品和金额
  • 当前订单状态

根据状态给出不同的后续处理：

  • pending（待发货）：告知用户订单正在处理，尚未发货。如果用户着急，可以建议联系客服催发货
  • shipped（已发货）：进入第三步查物流
  • delivered（已签收）：告知签收时间和签收地点
  • refund_processing（退款中）：告知退款进度
第三步：查询物流轨迹（仅已发货/已签收订单）

调用 query_logistics 获取物流信息，向用户报告：

  • 承运快递公司和运单号
  • 最新的物流状态
  • 完整的物流轨迹（按时间顺序列出最近 3-5 条事件）
  • 预计送达时间
第四步：根据情况给出建议
  • 正常配送中：告知预计到达时间，请用户耐心等待
  • 物流停滞（超过 3 天无更新）：建议用户可以申请"物流催单"，或联系客服跟进
  • 已签收但用户说没收到：建议检查代收点（菜鸟驿站/丰巢），或联系客服申请定位寻件
  • 预计延迟：如果是偏远地区，调用 search_knowledge 检索配送说明，告知该地区的配送时效
注意事项
  • 一次性给出完整信息，不要让用户追问才给物流详情
  • 如果订单包含多件商品，说明是否分包发货
  • 如果用户对配送时效有疑问，调用 search_knowledge 检索配送说明
