有界等待
何时触发：等待任何就绪（服务、资源、文件、远端），以及发起任何可能不返回的外部调用。
规则
- 等任何就绪都挂探针：健康端点、端口、日志标记、旗标文件——探活优于盲等；禁止无探活的固定长睡眠。
- 必须 sleep 时单段不超过 30 秒、放在循环内，每轮检查一次状态。
- 轮询先设总期限；间隔随失败次数增大；到上限以非零退出码结束，并输出被等对象日志的尾部。
- 一切外部交互（网络请求、远程连接、子进程）写明超时值与重试上限，不无限挂起。
- 等待循环输出已等多久、第几次重试，不静默死等。
反模式信号
- 一条命令里
sleep 数百秒后继续盲查状态——前台整段阻塞。 - 请求不带超时参数，卡死在中途还被外层强制终止，什么证据都没留下。
