Use this skill when a task asks for contract review, redline triage, risk clause discovery, or legal approval context.

Workflow

1. Identify the contract type, counterparty, and requested decision.
2. Extract changed clauses, missing exhibits, renewal terms, liability caps, termination rights, and governing law.
3. Compare risky clauses against the team's contract review playbook.
4. Produce a short review with blocking risks, non-blocking comments, and open questions for counsel.

Output

• Summary: one paragraph describing the agreement and review scope.
• Blocking risks: clauses that should stop approval until resolved.
• Negotiation notes: issues that can be handled commercially.
• Counsel questions: specific questions with clause references.
• Missing context: documents, approvals, or facts needed before final review.
