面向 news.ycombinator.com 的只读 + 仅改自身浏览器 URL skill，架构对齐 js-reddit-ops-skill / js-x-ops-skill：

数据获取：READ 优先走 Firebase 公开 API（hacker-news.firebaseio.com/v0）与 Algolia（hn.algolia.com）；DOM 解析为兜底
安全分级：READ + INTERACTIVE 两档，永不 DESTRUCTIVE（不投票 / 不评论 / 不 submit）

依赖与前置

Node.js 22+、JS Eyes 2.8.5+；JS Eyes Server 已启动且浏览器扩展已连接
宿主设置 security.allowRawEval: true 以允许 bridge 注入；JS Eyes 2.5+ 会同步到扩展，扩展侧显式 false 仅作为强制关闭覆盖
Chrome 要求 135+；Chrome 138+ 还需开启浏览器控制的 Allow User Scripts
任意 news.ycombinator.com tab 即可；READ 默认不切走用户当前 tab
公开内容与 Algolia 搜索无需登录；本 Skill 只读取已有登录态，不执行登录自动化
