编写一份交接文档，总结当前对话，让一个全新的 Agent 能够继续推进工作。将文档保存到用户操作系统的临时目录，不要保存到当前工作区。

文档中应包含“建议使用的 Skills”一节，列出后续 Agent 应调用的 Skills。

已经记录在其他产物中的内容，例如规格、计划、ADR、Issue、Commit 或 Diff，不要重复抄写。改为引用对应的路径或 URL。

清除所有敏感信息，包括 API Key、密码和可识别个人身份的信息。

用户传入参数时，将其视为下一次会话的工作重点，并据此调整交接文档。
