Steps
- Load context:
foundation/strategy.md - Determine task type (research / ICP / target-list / outreach)
- Route to canonical runner:
research/ or target-list/ as appropriate - Run validators
- Write output to client folder or
hub/outputs/company/sales/ - Run writeback loop
