Workflow
- Read references/source-note.md first.
- Follow the note's analytical sequence, methodological constraints, and terminology closely.
- Replace stale paths, taxa, variables, and file names with current project equivalents instead of reusing history blindly.
- Preserve the original hypervolume-analysis intent while adapting to the present dataset and workspace.
- If the note conflicts with the current user request, follow the current request and explain the adjustment.
