Knowledge QA Skill

When to Use

Use this skill whenever the answer should come from Feishu Wiki or Docs content that has been indexed locally.

Required Workflow

1. Run the local RAG retrieval flow before answering factual documentation questions.
2. Read the retrieved snippets carefully, including text chunks and any image-derived OCR or caption results when present.
3. Answer only from the retrieved content and do not fill gaps with guesses.
4. If retrieval returns no relevant content, say 当前索引中未找到相关内容。
5. End the answer with a short 来源： line that includes the document titles or links you used.

Notes

• The runtime may use a full retrieval pipeline such as query understanding, retrieval, rerank, merge, prompt-context building, and answer generation.
• Do not depend on any single legacy tool name such as search_feishu_knowledge; follow the current local knowledge retrieval path exposed by the application.
