Jolli Decision Timeline
Obtain the topic slug from the request. If it is missing or ambiguous, call the Jolli Memory search tool and let the user choose the matching topic.
Call get_decision_timeline with the selected slug. Render source events oldest-first as a concise chronological narrative, grounding each transition in the returned commit or source metadata. If the slug is unknown, search again instead of inventing a timeline.
