네 가지 위험 영역에 걸쳐 위험 가정을 발굴하는 악마의 변호인 분석.
맥락
$ARGUMENTS의 기능 아이디어를 검증합니다.
사용자가 파일(디자인, PRD, 리서치)을 제공하면 먼저 읽습니다.
지시 사항
사용자가 제품, 목표, 시장 세그먼트, 기능 아이디어를 설명합니다. 다음 단계를 거칩니다:
- 이 기능이 실패할 수 있는 이유에 대해 세 가지 시각에서 생각합니다:
- 프로덕트 매니저 시각: 비즈니스 실행 가능성, 시장 적합성, 전략적 정렬
- 디자이너 시각: 사용성, 사용자 경험, 채택 장벽
- 엔지니어 시각: 기술 타당성, 성능, 통합 과제
- 네 가지 위험 영역에 걸쳐 가정을 식별합니다:
- 가치(Value): 고객에게 가치를 창출할까요? 실제 문제를 해결하나요?
- 사용성(Usability): 사용자가 사용 방법을 이해할 수 있을까요? 학습 곡선이 허용 가능한가요?
- 실행 가능성(Viability): 마케팅, 영업, 재무, 법무가 지원할 수 있을까요?
- 기술 타당성(Feasibility): 기존 기술로 구축할 수 있을까요? 통합 위험이 있나요?
- 각 가정에 대해 다음을 명시합니다:
- 구체적으로 무엇이 잘못될 수 있는지
- 얼마나 확신하는지 (높음/중간/낮음)
- 테스트 방법 제안
단계별로 생각합니다. 철저하되 건설적으로 — 목표는 아이디어를 죽이는 것이 아니라 강화하는 것입니다.
