Newspaper print ad
Write copy for a small newspaper placement that must work without a supporting photograph or a long explanation. A reader may give the ad only a few seconds. Make the work problem and the product's relevance clear in ordinary language. Treat the placement as an advertisement: do not imitate a news report, invent a reporter's voice, or imply that the newspaper endorses the product.
Build a self-contained ad
Provide three labeled fields: Headline:, Body:, and Call to action:. The headline should be about eight words or fewer and name a useful task or outcome. It should make sense by itself; a vague line such as "A new era begins" asks too much of a passing reader. If the product name helps recognition, use it in the body rather than crowding the headline.
Keep the body around 60–90 words when the brief asks for a short ad. Start with one recognizable problem from the brief, then introduce the product and the concrete mechanism behind the proposed benefit. For InspectAI, the mechanism is analyzing equipment photographs to identify visible signs of wear and damage. Connect that to faster review or more consistent reporting only at the level of certainty supplied by the brief. A reader should not need a technical glossary or a visual to understand the ad.
The call to action should use the action requested in the brief. If the brief says "learn more," invite readers to learn more. Do not invent a web address, QR code, phone number, local office, or event simply to make the print ad look complete. Keep the CTA short enough to be remembered after the reader turns the page.
Write for newspaper readers
Use direct sentences and familiar terms. A newspaper business section can reach managers who know the inspection problem but do not work with AI every day. Explain what the product does before using terms such as platform or analysis as selling points. Avoid dense feature lists, hashtags, emoji, or a social-post style opening.
Do not describe assistance with photo review as automatic approval of equipment, prediction of failures, or replacement of inspectors. Do not add a percentage, customer quote, award, certification, or claim about downtime unless the brief provides it. A concise statement such as "InspectAI helps teams review equipment photos and document visible wear more consistently" is more credible than an unsupported guarantee.
Before finishing, read the headline, body, and CTA in isolation. Each should support the same offer, and the complete ad should still make sense if printed in a plain black-and-white column.
