Token Optimization

Expected range: 100–300 tokens (re-pitches the immediately preceding response; optionally reads GLOSSARY.md)

Patterns used: Grep-before-Read (checks for GLOSSARY.md existence before reading), early exit (no re-pitch needed if message was already plain)
