商务出差生存策略
适用场景
- 需要长期出差
- 远离家庭和朋友
- 频繁出差的商务人士
不适用：短期或偶尔出差的情况
执行策略
1. 保持积极心态
- 将出差视为探险而非负担
- 记住旅行是工作之外的活动
- 在出差中结识新的人，体验不同的事情
2. 适当做计划
- 安排客户时间，保证周五或周一能回家
- 携带轻便衣物，只带必需品
- 乘飞机时只带一件手提行李，避免托运
- 长期停留时，确认酒店有周末寄存行李的地方
3. 寻找工作外娱乐
- 和同事、客户团队成员或老朋友共进晚餐
- 看演出或打球赛
- 回宾馆前做点事情（读书或看电视）
- 避免连续工作、吃饭和睡觉的循环
4. 对每个人保持尊重
- 尊重空服人员、门卫、客户助手等
- 他们愿意帮助尊重他们的人
- 尊重他人能减少自己的压力
