选择资源
按目标所在的数据集和任务读取资源：

- 目标涉及两个数据集时，分别读取对应的资源。
- 翻译任务不包含审校。只有用户明确要求检查、审校或修正时，才读取审校资源。
术语表
形成或改写译文前，读取当前原文适用的术语条目及条件说明。完整且有效的应用证据可以复用。
- 字面命中只提供候选。当前用法是否采用固定译名，取决于对象身份和条目的适用条件。
- 普通义项按语境翻译。
- 缺失警告结合条件复核。条件不适用时，警告不代表译文有误。
术语
本技能的资源统一使用以下术语：
目标：本次要处理的条目或页面- 条目以
item_id标识，正文与姓名属于同一条目 - 页面以
file_path和原稿页码page标识 未决：缺少决定性事实、本次不修改的目标。记录缺失的事实和继续条件，继续处理其他目标最新快照：写入后重新读取的工程数据业务工作材料：work/中为本任务保存的记录。种子账本单独保存
业务单元 和 变更清单 沿用全局 分组与提交 的定义。
