RepurposeDrugs Query Skill

Search canonical drug-disease repurposing rows. Auto-detects query type by pattern:

Input Pattern	Detected As	Match Logic
`34567890`	PMID	exact on `pmid`
anything else	free text	substring on `drug` OR `disease`
