Health and Load Review

Trigger

Use for a deeper readiness, overtraining, progression, or injury-risk review.

Minimum evidence

Read profile, health history, and relevant notes. Retrieve at least 42 complete days of activities and load for chronic-load analysis, the matching planned calendar, and available wellness. Use a shorter window only for an explicitly shorter claim. With Strava alone, limit conclusions to recorded activities and athlete reports.

Use get_activities, get_fitness, and get_wellness with explicit date ranges. Use get_events for the matching plan. Retrieve a single activity or selected streams only when the review requires that resolution.

Knowledge

Retrieve data interpretation plus only the relevant recovery, injury, age-and-sex, sleep, or volume chapter.

Analysis

Calculate weekly time or distance, vertical gain, intensity or load, recovery weeks, and material plan-versus-actual differences. Compare wellness signals with the athlete's own baseline. Separate provider facts, athlete reports, derived metrics, and hypotheses. Do not diagnose overtraining or injury from a score, fixed threshold, or isolated reading.

Output

Lead with the decision the athlete faces. Show dated evidence and material calculations, then apply the health triage. Recommend the least restrictive safe action, alternatives, and a reassessment trigger. State missing data and how it limits the conclusion. Store only durable, sourced patterns.
