Identify the exact decision or claim. Retrieve the athlete evidence used for it and the smallest relevant set of knowledge chapters. Distinguish peer-reviewed evidence, documented coaching frameworks, athlete-specific observations, derived analysis, and hypotheses. When credible sources disagree, explain the practical difference, assumptions, and relevance to this athlete. Do not invent citations or attribute a precise threshold without a source. End with what the evidence changes in practice and what remains uncertain.

Use the same athlete files and provider calls that supported the original decision. If they were never retrieved or are stale, retrieve them before claiming they support the explanation.
