Superskills Setup (Codex Native Bootstrap)

Use this setup flow for Codex environments.

Standard Bootstrap

bash
superskills setup --target codex
superskills skills sync
superskills codex bridge-status --json

Optional Isolation

If the user wants isolated state:

export CODEX_HOME="$HOME/.codex"
superskills setup --target codex
superskills skills sync

Post-Setup Validation

bash
superskills codex run "ultrapilot: setup validation" --json
superskills codex run "cancel" --json
superskills hud --once --json

Expected Outcome

  • codex namespace installed under $CODEX_HOME/skills/codex-superskills
  • auto-dispatch bridge active in Codex flow
  • keyword routing operational (autopilot, ultrapilot, team, ralph, plan, cancel)

Do not include Codex plugin lifecycle steps in this setup path.
