Team Skill (Codex Team-Lite)

Use this skill for staged orchestration in Codex runtime.

Invocation

bash
superskills codex run "team: <goal>"

Examples:

superskills codex run "team: plan execute verify auth refactor"
superskills codex run "team: decompose and ship payment webhook hardening"

Runtime Model

  • team maps to team-lite orchestration (not Codex native Team API).
  • Pipeline is stage-based: plan -> exec -> verify -> fix-loop.
  • cancel must always interrupt team execution immediately when requested.

Operator Rules

  1. Keep tasks split into clear ownership units.
  2. Require verification output before declaring completion.
  3. On verification failure, route directly to fix-loop with concrete defects.
  4. Prefer deterministic summaries over narrative output.
