Bookkeeping（记账）

Use when the user sends a bill file, says 「记账」「导入账单」, or asks about spending: 「本月花了多少」「上个月账单」「餐饮支出」.

Data lives in ~/.openclaw/ledger/ledger.jsonl (append-only, deduped by transaction id). All operations go through the bundled script — never hand-parse bill CSVs yourself:

(Paths are relative to the 菜鸡Bot repo root; resolve against this skill's own directory if the workspace differs.)

Importing

1. When the user sends a file (WeChat attachment or a path), save/locate it and

run import. The script auto-detects Alipay (GB18030) vs WeChat Pay (UTF-8) exports and skips duplicates, so re-importing the same bill is safe.

1. Files dropped into ~/.openclaw/ledger/inbox/ should be imported then moved

to ~/.openclaw/ledger/imported/.

1. Zipped bills: WeChat bill emails ship password-protected zips — ask the user

for the password they received, unzip locally, then import the CSV.

1. Reply with a one-line summary: 新增 N 笔（去重 M 笔）＋当月支出小计.

Reports

• Run report YYYY-MM, then present: 总支出 / 总收入 / 分类明细（金额降序）/

Top 5 大额支出. Keep it compact for chat; amounts in 元.

• Category questions (「这个月外卖花了多少」) → use the report's byCategory,

or read ledger.jsonl and filter when finer slicing is needed.

• Refunded/failed transactions are excluded automatically.

How the user exports bills (tell them when asked)

• 支付宝：App → 我的 → 账单 → 右上角 … → 开具交易流水证明 → 用于个人对账 → 邮箱收 CSV
• 微信：我 → 服务 → 钱包 → 账单 → 常见问题 → 下载账单 → 用于个人对账 → 邮箱收带密码的 zip

Privacy

Ledger data never leaves this machine. Do not paste raw transaction rows into replies beyond what the user asked for; never include bill contents in error reports or logs.
