Schedule Assistant（日程管理）

Use when the user mentions appointments, meetings, deadlines, reminders, or asks what is on their schedule. Typical triggers: 「明天下午3点开会」「提醒我周五交房租」 「今天有什么安排」「本周日程」.

Requirements

• The workboard plugin must be enabled (Control UI kanban). If workboard_*

tools are missing, tell the user to run openclaw plugins enable workboard && openclaw gateway restart.

Capturing an appointment

1. Parse the event: title, date/time (resolve relative dates against the current

local time), location/notes if given. Ask one short follow-up only when the time is genuinely ambiguous.

1. Create a kanban card with workboard_create:

• title: short event name (e.g. 「开会 — 产品评审」)
• status: scheduled for dated events, todo for undated tasks
• Put date, time, and location in the card body/description.

1. Set a reminder with the cron tool: schedule a one-shot job ahead of the event

(default 30 minutes before; all-day events remind at 09:00 that day) whose prompt tells the agent to message the user on their current channel, e.g. 「提醒：15:00 产品评审会议，还有 30 分钟」.

1. Confirm in one line: card created + when the reminder will fire.

Agenda queries

• 「今天有什么安排」→ workboard_list, filter cards whose scheduled date is

today, sort by time, reply as a compact list. Same pattern for 本周/明天.

• Completed or cancelled events: move the card (done) and cancel its reminder

cron job if one exists.

Conventions

• One card per event. Never duplicate an existing card — check workboard_list

first when the user rephrases the same event.

• Reminders speak Chinese unless the user was speaking English.
• Never silently drop a request: if a tool call fails, say what failed.
