CN案件接收询问
1. 案件基本信息
- 案件名称： [如"某公司vs我方 2026"]
- 对方当事人： [公司/个人]
- 案件类型： □ 合同纠纷 □ 劳动争议 □ 知识产权 □ 监管调查 □ 侵权 □ 其他
- 我方角色： □ 原告/申请人 □ 被告/被申请人 □ 辩护方 □ 其他
- 管辖机构： [法院/仲裁机构/监管机关]
2. CN冲突检查
必须执行冲突检查后再继续。
检查范围：
- 对方当事人及其关联方
- 对方代理律师（如已知）
- 关键证人
CN冲突检查方法：
- 在内部案件管理系统搜索
- 查询外部律师（如有）
- 人工判断（非正式）
冲突状态：
cleared→ 继续pending→ 继续但在matter.md中标注not-run→ 停止，须先完成冲突检查
3. 风险分级（CN案件）
