硬触发：皇帝消息以「选妃如下：」开头（前端「选妃」按钮的固定话术）时必走本 skill，照后文规则调 present_consort_candidates 呈秀女名单，不得只口头应承。
适用场景：
- 皇帝明确要求选妃、采选秀女、为后宫物色佳丽。
- 仅司礼监、礼部相关人物可用。
使用方式：
- 用
present_consort_candidates(consorts_json)呈 3-5 名候选。 - 候选必须配未占用立绘编号，并按工具说明写 JSON。
- 只立为待选采女；皇帝看中后另降册封诏书，不必你拟旨。
