Action Tracking — Obsidian 原生交互版 (v3)

概述

行动追踪系统 v3 采用 Obsidian 原生交互模式：

  • 一次性待办：写入 todos.md，用户在 Obsidian 中直接点击 checkbox 完成
  • 习惯/每日打卡：通过每日笔记模板 + Heatmap Calendar 热力图可视化
  • MCP 只负责写入，不负责打卡/完成/查询（交互全在 Obsidian 中）

架构

AI 反思闭环 → MCP add_action() → 追加到 todos.md
用户打开 Obsidian → 点击 checkbox → 完成 ✅
每日笔记模板 → 习惯 checkbox → Dataview + Heatmap Calendar 可视化
