Review Skill — 周/月复盘引擎（v2 全量扫描）

功能概述

全量扫描 vault/space 下所有 .md 文件，按 Frontmatter 中的 created/modified 时间戳筛选目标周期内的内容，自动按 type/topic 分类聚合。

核心设计哲学：不硬编码任何目录列表，新增 topic/type 自动被覆盖。

设计原则

遵循 Tool → AI → Tool 模式：

weekly_review / monthly_review 全量扫描 vault 聚合数据（IO）
AI 基于素材生成周报/月报内容（智能）
save_weekly_review / save_monthly_review 保存结果（IO）

数据聚合范围

v1（旧）— 硬编码 5 个数据源

❌ worklog → reflections → found → plans → events → 完

v2（新）— 全量扫描，自动覆盖所有内容

✅ vault/space/crafted/**/*.md  → 按 Frontmatter 时间筛选
✅ vault/space/found/**/*.md    → 按 Frontmatter 时间筛选
