Reflect — 深度反思引擎

概述

当用户通过知识引擎 Skill（WebFetch + Write 采集网页内容，生成知识卡片保存到 03-知识/card/）并回答了深度思考问题后，reflect 技能负责闭环：读取用户的思考回答，生成三层反馈，帮助用户从"想明白"走向"做出来"。

工作流

Step 1: GATHER（采集思考素材）

调用 gather_reflections 工具，传入：

  • topic（可选）：指定主题，如 reading
  • days（可选，默认 7）：回溯天数
  • file_path（可选）：指定单个知识卡片路径

工具返回：用户已回答的深度思考问题 + 回答内容 + 文章元数据

Step 2: REFLECT（AI 生成反思反馈）

AI 阅读用户的思考回答，生成以下内容：

三层反馈模型
  1. Mirror（认知照镜）
  • 指出回答中反复出现的认知模式
  • 发现用户可能没意识到的盲区和矛盾
  • 跨多篇卡片发现变化趋势
  1. Deepen（深度追问）
  • 针对浅层/模糊的回答，生成 2-3 个追问
  • 逼出更具体、更可行的思考
  • 挑战舒适区的假设
  1. Bridge（行动搭桥）
  • 连接不同卡片之间相关的思考
  • 识别技能缺口，推荐具体学习方向
  • 生成一个本周可执行的微行动
Step 3: SAVE（保存反思成果）

调用 save_reflection 工具保存 AI 生成的反思内容：

  • 保存到 {VAULT}/02-日记/反思/YYYYMMDD_主题.md
  • 使用 Obsidian 格式，包含双向链接回源卡片
  • 追踪成长轨迹

注意事项

  • 只读取用户已回答（checkbox 被勾选 [x]）的思考题，忽略未回答的
  • 反思内容要诚实、直接，不讨好用户，像一个严厉但关心你的导师
  • 微行动必须足够小，小到"不可能失败"
  • 跨卡片分析时，优先关注用户认知的变化而非重复
